1. Cancellation of order

Please note that once your order has been validated, it is not possible to cancel or modify it.

All orders are prepared and shipped quickly, which does not allow us to intervene on those already registered.

2. Returns, exchanges and refunds

• Returns are only accepted if the product is returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

• No returns, exchanges or refunds will be made for opened or damaged products.

3. Change of address or order

5. Delivery and tracking

• Once the package is handed over to the carrier , the responsibility for delivery lies with the postal service.

• If your package is indicated as delivered but not received, please contact your postal service directly.

• We remain at your disposal for any assistance in the event of a delivery problem.

6. Using a PO Box

For deliveries by courier services , a complete physical address and telephone number are required to ensure successful delivery.

If shipping by regular mail, the use of a PO box is permitted.
