📦 Where do we deliver your products?
We ship your orders throughout France and internationally.
⏰ What are the delivery times?
⏳Your orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours with an estimated delivery of between 3 and 5 working days in France.

🎁 How are your products packaged?
We take special care in the packaging of each product to ensure optimal protection during transport.
🔄 What is our returns and exchanges policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days after receipt to return the product to us and obtain a refund or exchange.
⚠️ For hygiene reasons, only unopened, intact products in their original packaging can be returned (article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code).
