Can I return my order?
We accept returns only for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging. Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order and kept in good conditions. For hygiene reasons, only unopened, undamaged products in their original packaging can be returned (Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code). No exchange or refund will be made for products returned in opened, damaged or poorly preserved packaging.
Products on sale or on promotion
Promotional or sale products are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
Return of products not conforming to the order or defective
If you have received a different product than what you ordered, a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide the details of your order, along with a photo of the product concerned. We will check the situation and advise you on the procedure to follow for an exchange or refund if applicable. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line of your email so that we can quickly locate your order and process your request as soon as possible.
Refund procedure
For eligible returns, we will refund the full amount of your order, less shipping and handling, within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned products. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your return arrives safely. If your return is lost in shipping and there is no tracking, we cannot be held responsible and this may affect your refund or exchange.

Shipping time and return guarantee
If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee receipt of untracked returned items.
Missing items
Please contact our customer service: contact@mysafee.fr so that we can take care of replacing the missing products.
